Mango
Our Mangoes come from Brazil. It is an elongated fruit, oval or rounded with reddish skin with shades of yellow or pink when ripe. Fleshy pulp, juicy, yellow or orange-yellow, fibrous in some varieties. Flat seeds of variable sizes. It is usually consumed fresh. Nevertheless, it is also very appreciated as a complement of meat dishes or in the confection of desserts.
